The Concept

Nestled on Koggala Lake's shores, Kurulu Bay originates from the 3-bedroom "Kurulu House," a masterpiece by architect Channa Daswatte. The estate, now a haven for wellness and art retreats, offers private yoga spaces. New additions like garden suites and tree houses seamlessly integrate with the natural surroundings, providing tranquility and privacy.

Kurulu Bay's architecture blends diverse styles, from tree houses on tubular supports to villas respecting local vernacular. Sliding wooden panels unite interiors with the landscape, creating a harmonious bond with nature.
